Casa Noble anejo is an interesting combination of sweet agave notes, an earthy/herbal flavor with a real, but not unpleasant, alcohol burn. For people who like to really taste the agave and yet also have long, lingering finish and burn...this is the tequila that you are searching for.

It's not my favorite anejo, but I enjoy keeping it stocked because it is unique and tastes very good. The purple bottle is cool and looks good on a shelf as well. At roughly $50 a bottle, it is priced pretty well.

tasted in Mexico, 2011. Riedel Tequilera glass.
Aroma : vanilla, wood and herbal notes.
Initial taste: astringent taste, sweet, strong alcohol presence.
Body: medium body. I expected more body.
Finish: burning sensation. Sweet in the mouth. Confirms the aroma.
Enjoyability: You can leave it for a long time in your bar. I've heard that the taste out of a opened bottle is not nice.
I tasted out of a new bottle, and it is nicely enjoyable. There are better añejos. But this is a nice one. The price is a bit high for this tequila. I liked the color of the bottle.

Aroma - Strong notes of vanilla with real hints of chocolate.
Initial Taste - Again, vanilla, chocolate, a slight sweetness and a secondary burn.
Body- Very slow tears with a coloring of a fine French cognac.
Finish - Refined sweetness with a lingering taste of chocolate.
Enjoyability - Okay, this one is for the record books. For the price, you have a tequila that is up there with the taste, finish, and enjoyability of the best of the best. The mat purple bottle still seems weird to me.... however, I am surprised at how closely this tequila comes in matching the 5 year single barrel Casa Noble. If the 5 year is an out of the park home run, then this one is sliding into the home plate with plenty of time of time to spare.

I'll admit right off, this is one of my three favortie anejo's. I bought this 1/15/10 for $55.00, what a deal! The glass is a beautiful dark purple and has a cork top. The color is a wonderful medium amber, slight oil and tears. The nose is full of caramel, vanilla, spices, floral with a slight wood aroma... Let this tequila settle a bit and then work slowly to bring out it's full character. It settles on the tongue just perfect, the agave and everything else working it's way over your taste buds. Mmmmm, leaves a nice finsh. I could say more... just get some and share it with a good friend, or, maybe your wife! no disapointments here.

Casa Noble Añejo is an epic Tequila. I am drinking it out of cognac snifter. The nose on this masterpiece is wonderful, with vanilla, musk and age. Very little hints of alcohol are mixed with an amazing earthy tone. The body was sexy, with long strong legs, that just hung onto the glass, for dear life. Upon first sip, I realized I was truly drinking an agave master piece. The earth, soil, water, sunshine and Agave were present in my mouth and all flowed together in harmony. The flavors developed in my mouth as I drew in little bubbles of air. Flavor, flavor and more flavor slid down my throat as I drank this epic beverage. The finish was long and memorable.
Casa Noble is truly a noble drink, not to be missed by an ardent fan of Tequila.
