champagne and tequila - pretty good
I like cognac and champagne together. Kind of a simple champagne cocktail. So about a year ago I decided to try it with tequila. about 1:1 mixture coralejo reposado, with some not too fancy champagne. Maybe it was because I was sitting in a hot tub under the stars, but it was pretty good.
Now what to call it? maybe a sparkling agave. or how about a fancy mexican? yes, I like that.
