purchased at my local on Sept. 30...Nom1420.
had a peppery taste with a after burn. short duration.
i think it would be better in a mix than neat.. all in all
i say the price is the most attractive part.

Exellent blanco tequila with true blue agave presence. I personally prefer it as a shot or neat. I keep it in the freezer and enjoy the ice cold shot with the nice burn that really lets you know your drinking an alcoholic beverage.

Milagro silver is a very clear blanco with a slightly oily feel and look. The initial aroma is blue agave, citrus, and a slight hint of pear. The aroma is beautiful in my opinion.
Upon first sip, Milagro has a very strong presence of blue agave and pepper flavors. What we smelled in the aroma earlier (pear and citrus) is completely overpowered by the blue agave and pepper taste as well as the moderately long alcohol burn.
Personally I like when my alcohol reminds me that I am drinking alcohol as it goes down, but I feel Milagro has a better initial aroma than actual taste and finish. Good tequila to take neat but would probably serve as a mixer for those of you that like really smooth tequila.

Tasted in Reidel glass - perfectly clear in colour, shiny with light to medium viscosity. Nose is pleasing, but very mild agave and faint citrus. Very soft on entry it yields to mild agave, some minerals, and a bitter overtaste which persists through a hot and lengthy alcohol finish. It leaves a bitter, but not unpleasant aftertaste of mint. Overall it is an undistinguished blanco. I fully agree with the other reviewer who would best use it as a mixer.
