Any Tezon tequila fans out there?

I stumbled across a great deal at shoppersvineyard.com. They have a combo pack special of 1 each, 750ml bottle of Tezon anejo, reposado and blanco for $40!!!! That's 3 full bottles for $40. I think the company has either gone under or are changing packaging. If you don't want the combo, they are selling each variety at about $13-$17 per bottle. I ordered 2 combos that are on the way, along with some more 1921 Tequila Cream. I asked them to get the 1921 line-up and they did...amazing what a simple email will do.

BTW... this is what I'll be drinking this weekend. It should be delivered tomorrow

That's a heck of a deal at $40 considering the Anejo was orginally listed at $68.99 by Shoppers Vineyard. The ratings on all three are pretty decent. Nice find.

Man that's some deal gsars1. And I thought I was getting a great deal a couple of weeks ago when all three flavors of Tezon went on sale at a local retailer for $29.99 each. I paid a total of $96.00 including tax for all three. Nice bottle presentation with the "tahona wheel" cap and faux silver sides of bottles along with high quality and taste on all three. I wonder if there is some kind of change going on with the distillery: Pernod Ricard México? Has anyone heard anything?

Couldn't resist...at that price for the combo 3 pack I went ahead and ordered it! Are you kidding, $40.00 plus $18.00 shipping for three 750ml bottles of that kind of quality juice?? It still prices out at $19.00 per bottle. Thanks for the heads up on that deal gsars1!!

That is an excellent deal, makes a huge difference on shipping too when you get more than one combo. Shipping to CO for the first combo pack was 20, added another and only increased to 25.

Ordered mine this morning for shipping to our winter digs in Florida. Good thing I didn't wait to buy it in St. Petersburg, right, Totally Tequila?

I just finished ordering mine @ $40.00 a pack and for some reason went back to their website and Now they have them listed @ $35.00 each pack ...............I wonder if they can still give me the 35.00 price anyway thanks for the tip gsar1

Just sent a note to Shoppers Vineyard noting that a number of Tequila.net members had ordered the three-pack at $40 this morning and that the price was reduced to $35 by this afternoon. Noting that none of us were quibbling about the $40 figure, I asked if it would be possible for them to honor the lower amount. Figured it was worth a try.

Even though I was weary of the deal... I went ahead and bought two-combos...

I just hope that the cliche: if it is too good to be true, it is does not hold.

I did also called but their internet people were gone so they told me to call 1st thing in the morning on monday......and you are right ML it doesnt hurt to try
