I have a giant street festival coming to Silver lake and well I am going to make a big compromise for the all mighty dollar. I am getting two of those margarita slushy machines. Yes it is true. But I am going to have integrity damn it!!!
I am going to fill the machines up with Casa Noble Crystal, fresh strawberries, cointreau and house made sweet and sour. I know it is all about the sugar level or brick, so I have a proper freeze.
My question is, does anyone have a margarita slushy machine recipe? I figured I would ask here before I hit the trial and error of doing it the day of.
