El Maya Mexican Cuisine

El Maya is the first of two, restaurants brought to Springfield by Carlos Deleon & Rebecca Lasyna.

Carlos is a native of Chiapas, Mexico, learned his craft from his mother at a very young age while helping support his family. His friendly personality, drive and work-ethics have made El Maya Restaurant a favorite in Springfield, for several years and brings his creativity and flavor of Southern Mexico to Illinois.

El Maya has an excellent selection of approximately 50 high-end Tequilas.
