Alquimia & El Duende at Tequila Dinner in Ojai

I would like to take this opportunity to say hello, and to invite forum members to a Tequila-Paired Dinner to be held at Los Caporales Restaurant in Ojai, this Saturday June 28th at 5:30 PM. The Other Don Felipe (Phillip Soto Mares, El Duende, El Perdido Tequila), and I will be lecturing. Don Felipe, as President of The Academia Mexicana del Tequila, USA, will also be presenting Los Caporales and the Salinas Family with the prestigious 100% Tequila Certification. This is a much-coveted award, and Los Caporales is one of the first in the US to be a recipient. It will be a wonderful evening, with good food, lots of tequila, and good friendships to be made. I wish you would have posted the event a bit sooner. It sounds like a wonderful event and I am only 40 minutes away. Unfortunately...have already planned a poker night.
