Bought in July. The price was around $28. (yes, less than $30!) Somebody said it was a poorman's Don Julio 1942. That got me interested.

Used a small snifter. Neat (sangarita = lemonade).
-Nose: sweet agave. A touch of oak. Slight smell of alcohol.
-Color: very light.
- Initial taste: very smooth and sweet. Some spice from wood. Didn't detect any harsh alcohol.
- Body : medium body, agave with fairy dry oaky taste. Very faint floral note.
- Finish: medium to long finish with chocolate and some wood. Somewhat dry.

It's a very complex tequila. Has become one of my favorite. It has a good structure (layers of different flavors that appear in turn as you taste it). A very good reposado for less than $30. You can't beat that. If you are looking for contemplative subtle reposado (or anejo: this can stand up to any anejo), you can't go wrong with this. I really enjoyed it.
