La Pinata Plata * Tasted Blind September 2009 * Riedel Tequila Glass

Appearance: clear - medium body and tears
Aroma: raw agave, mild mint and grass
Initial Taste: sweet buttery agave
Spirit Body: smoked orange and agave, hint of cherry
Finish / Aftertaste: warm finish, with medium length lemon and mint aftertaste
