In Search of the Blue Agave Tour - 2008

I posted this a few days ago on the Ian Chadiwck forum. For those of you interested ......You can read the details of the past two years trips on that forum (I planned and ran last years trip). Solids every year are Casa Noble, Los Abuelos, and El Tesoro. ( Two years ago, Carlos opened Cigar Blend in front of us. Last year, Carlos opened the barrel of 70th Anniversary that was used to bottle the first 300 bottles (sold only at the 7/7 event) in front of us in April.

Ok ... so deposit information is as such. Please note, you are not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email stating that your deposit has been accepted.

Repeat, deposits are NONREFUNDABLE!!!!! All trip expenditures will be broken down per person and each person will receive an 'invoice' so they know what they paid for. There is absolutely NO PROFIT made on this trip by anyone. Also, if you are single and want to room with someone, I need to know when your deposit is made. I also need to know if you have firm instructions on who you will room with (smoker, non smoker, etc)

I will take Personal Checks, Paypal, or cash. You are not confirmed until your check clears and you receive an email confirming that your deposit has been accepted. Any idea on when we should plan on arriving and departing? Also, is it safe to assume this is flying into (4/20)and out (4/27) of Guadalajara.

You are correct. We are flying in on Sunday and back out on Sunday. Early arrival is recommended as we will have an event planned for Sunday night. We plan to have a farewell dinner on Saturday evening. Many of us enjoy the swim up bar on Sunday's at the Tapatio.

If you are interested in attending, please contact me via PM or email and I will provide deposit details. There are current 8 spots left (out of 30). I see these filling in the next month or so. In act, I know that two are going to be gone fairly quick, leaving 6.

We have some real treats this year. I don't want to ruin the suprises, but some of our favorite distillerys/brand owners have great plans in store.
