new concoction...
... once upon a time I mentioned that I had a bunch of drink recipes... and folks were demanding that I share! well I came up with a new one and thought that I'd share it right away!
I initially made this with Vodka for my wife and quickly realized that it would be very nice with a Blanco.
Name is yet to be determined...
Into a tall glass less than 1/2 filled with ice add...
- 2 ounces blanco (I used 4 Copas)
- 1/2 ounce pomegranate liqueur (I used Euphoria)
- a blorp of Agave Nectar (blorp is ~ 1 teaspoon give or take depending on your taste)
stir
top with Ruby Red Grapefruit juice
The the nectar and liqueur counter the tartness of the grapfruit, while the grapefruit seems to bring out the tequila flavour.
