Herbal and grassy nose, with a subtle alcohol taste. Herbal body with mild cinnamon and spice, balanced and hot/short finish.

1921 Tequila Blanco, NOM 1079, Lote No. 97. The color is crystal clear with nice legs. (Take your time opening the beautiful wax top). The nose reminds me of newly poured cement, ozone, sour dough agave, & light alcohol. The initial taste is smoky sweet with cinnamon, nutmeg, & cloves. Very spicy. The body is light medium to medium & remarkably smooth. The finish rolls off the tongue from middle to back & reaches deep into the throat with the essence of licorice. This is one smooth tequila from start to finish & is one of the tastiest tequila's I've ever experienced. 1921 Tequila Blanco ranks with the very best top shelf tequila's. A/A+

I am a huge fan of this brand,and the blanco line is a good testament of what a real blanco should taste,the inital nose of the aerated blanco is excellent, rather earthy but sweet, with a real heavy earthy feel, you can really taste the agave in this one, a really full body that gives way to a slight bitterness, that is often good in certain blancos, as long as it is evenly matched with a sweet smooth finish, the price is fair for this selection, and the presentation , well i have always been a fan of the whole melted wax... execllent blanco.

I've become a big fan of this blanco. I think it's one of the top 5 blancos that are available on a regular basis. One of the big scents that people associate with the typical blanco is wet cement, and this tequila has an abundance of it.

A well rounded tequila.Well balanced. Has a true agave flavor, earth driven, and smooth texture.
