Maya Fusion

Maya Fusion is the second restaurant brought to Springfield by Carlos Deleon & Rebecca Lasyna.

Carlos is a native of Chiapas, Mexico, learned his craft from his mother at a very young age while helping support his family. His friendly personality, drive and work-ethics have made El Maya Restaurant a favorite in Springfield, Illinois for several years and brings his creativity and flavor of Southern Mexico to Maya Fusion.

Maya Fusion is a mix of traditional Chiapas dishes, Mexican Sushi, and Mexican Tapas (a creative and exciting mix of flavors in small plates). The Tapas dishes are a wonderful way to share many different items with friends.

Maya Fusion also has an excellent selection of approximately 50 high end Tequilas.
