So wait... is the tequila IN the ice cream? I would think that would be an amazing feat considering the ridiculously low freezing point of tequila. Or is the tequila paired with the almond ice cream? That actually sounds quite nice to me.

The dinner was great, nice pairings, and desert was very good, I didn't even taste the Especial in there to be quite honest. I'm guessing, but I think Sean put the Especial into the Hot Fudge topping.

The Ceviche was excellent, yellowfin and watermellon, yum!

Always a good time at Tambien and Mezcal.
