Default Agave Recipes for the holidays!

I do not know any cocktail recipes off hand, besides the Pumpkin Spice Martini that Mr. A posted recently. Does anyone else have some festive tequila or other agave related cocktails for the fall and winter season? I personally like hot apple cider with goldshlager and I also like Hot Chocolate with Tequila Rose...

But these arent agave related drinks and I dont think tequila as a substitute would make a very tasty treat with Cocoa or Cider.

So I guess here is a thread to post holiday cocktail and food recipes for this coming season that associate with the fall and winter months. If I come accross some I will post them as well. Thanks!

I thought the traditional sangrita (maybe slightly warmed) would be delicious on a cold night by the fire to sip alongside tequila. Although, thats not as festive as some recipes could be...

Massacre
Ice cubes
2 measures tequila
1 teaspoon Campari
4 measures ginger ale
Almost fill a highball glass with ice cubes, add the tequila and Campari. Top with ginger ale, and stir well.

Pepper Eater
Ice cubes
Broken ice
1 measure tequila
1 measure triple sec or Cointreau
1 teaspoon pepper vodka*
1 measure orange juice
1 measure cranberry juice
1 hot red pepper
Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Pour in the tequila, triple sec or Cointreau, pepper vodka, orange juice, and cranberry juice. Shake well and strain into an old-fashioned glass three-quarters filled with broken ice. Garnish with the red pepper. Take bets on who will eat their garnish!
*To make your own pepper vodka: Steep a hot Mexican or Italian pepper in regular vodka for a few weeks.

I found these 2 drinks to start off with. Either seem enjoyable on a cold night to spice the evening up. Enjoy!

Even though my timing could not be more off, try the traditional Mexican Ponche, Mexico's version of hot spiced cider, and add as much tequila reposado as you like to it and just mellow out next to the fireplace....

I was at a tequila dinner (Don Valente @ Agave Azul) and they had hot lemon grass tea spiked with Anejo, and it was great.
