Don Envey

* 1 1/2 oz tequila
* pineapple juice
* 1/2 oz blue curacao

The drink originally calls for Don Eduardo Silver tequila, but I have tried it with a few different tequila's and they all work well. Pour the tequila into a shooter glass. Add pineapple juice and top with blue curacao. Stir lightly or shake to perfection.
