Tequila Mojito

8 fresh mint leaves
1 1/2 tablespoons superfine granulated sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz (3 tablespoons) blanco/silver tequila
1/3 cup chilled sparkling water

Using back of a spoon, crush mint with sugar and lime juice in a short glass. Half fill glass with ice and add tequila. Top off drink with sparkling water and stir well.

i put a twist on this recipe, and man did it come out awesome!!!!
made it a frozen Blueberry Tequila Mojito, only difference was that i put in a handful of blue berries about 2 tblspns, of agave nectar,and some ice in the blender and mix it up.....
