I have been regularly drinking a cocktail that is based on what I saw models drink when out at bars in Manhattan. They drank vodka and sparkling water, which is amazingly bland, low calorie and, depending on who is doing the mixing, potent. Instead, I use a blanco tequila shot with the sparkling water and ice and you get a good taste for the tequila but not too overpowering. Very refreshing...


Anyone heard of that name being used for any other cocktail?
