Sotol Beverages
Sotol is the newest agave spirit coming from Mexico, and is very tasty. Once you've tried it straight, here are a few drinks to try as well.
FRESKO TOL 1 oz. Sotol Hacienda de Chihuahua Reposado 4 oz. grapefruit soda 1/2 oz. of fresh lemon juice 1 pinch of salt frappe ice Mix all together in a glass topped with a lemon slice SOTOL FRESCA 1 1/2 oz. HDC (favorite) 2 oz. puree (strawberry or raspberry) 5 oz. Lemonade Blend with crushed ice Serve in a 15 oz. glass with fruit garnish
