    Default Accidental blend

We were getting lazy about cleaning our glasses between "sampling" and had some Don Julio 1942 still coating the glass when we added the Maestro Dobel. My buddy is a Scotch guy and we both commented together about the interesting flavor which then turned to commenting on how really good it is.
The caramel of the 1942 really blends well the Vanilla smoothness of the Dobel. I've been trying various mixes like 50/50, 70/30, 30/70 and have been getting nice results. I don't normally mix my Agaves, but I'm really diggin' this.
    Give it try.

I've been doing this for a while to drink up less than good tequilas and and it's rare that I can't eventually find a tasty new ratio. EUA anejo is a good one for this.
