chili's presidente margarita

ok, i managed to get this recipe from the bartender at my local chili's, i like this stuff, and the little shaker idea is pretty cool, you can actually buy the shaker from them for like 3 bucks.

presidente margarita:

1/2 ounce of presidente brandy
1 ounce of 1800 repo
1 ounce of sweet and sour mix
1/2 ounce coiuntreau
2 ounces of margarita mix

shake on ice and pour into martini glass with ice, and leave shaker, to continue refilling.

What is the diference of sweet & sour and margarita mix?
Why u don´t mix with natural juices?

U keep a Martini glass with ice and then u pour the drink?

well you canuse natural juices if you have them, and yes you keep ice in the shaker to keep the drink cold, and you also keep ice in the martini glass, and don't forget to salt the rim of the glass, and just pour the drink everytime you finish the drink, it should refill the glass at least 3 times.

I thought they used Sauza conmemorativo? I'm pretty sure that's what it says on the menu. Maybe that's just the one near me? I'm going to try it with the sauza. Thank you for posting this, it's my favorite!

Does the brandy set nice with the tequila? I think it would. I ate at Chiles last night, I couldnt get myself to purchase something out of the specialty drink menu. Down the street from me is a bar with 2.00 margaritas all night. Thats more my style!
