Default Pisco, National Peruivan drink

Just thought I would share another liquor that to me taste a bit like Tequila.
Pisco is the National drink to Peru and Chile. It comes from Muscat grapes grown only in South America and is typically single distilled with a very short fermentation period.
The most popular drink is called Pisco sour, which is made up of Pisco, sugar, lemon, white part of an egg and shaken.
I have not heard of or seen Pisco here in the States, but if you do come across it, I would highly recommend trying it.

There is also Agava, a spirit from South America that is said to be very similar to Tequila, using the Blue Agave Americana. It would be nice to sample as well.

I purchased a few bottles "Fiore'd Agave (South Africa) about 3 to 4 years ago. I think it was like $18 bucks each. I was told the Agave plants used were harvested much younger than in Mexico....5 to 6years. The blanco I have is very harsh and has a hard alcohol burn. Mr. A, send me your address and I will send you a bottle.
