Default Bottling Reposados/Anejos

Anyone have a link or a video to show the process of how they take the tequila out of barrels and bottle them?

I got to thinking the other day and realized all the videos of tequila being bottled, its always a blanco, since they are bottled immediately.

(Maybe even a video of bottling wine or whiskey since they are aged in barrels too...)

Do any of the videos show the time during when the cork is being put on the bottle? I am curious as to what is being done at the plant when the cork is put on the bottle, versus when we put the cork back on the bottle. What is the process or what is added in the factory at the time of corkage to preserve the tequila that we cannot do at home?

I seem to recall seeing something on the Travel Channel (possibly with Samantha Brown) traveling and sampling tequila in Mexico. One scene I remember is where they were sampling the tequila out of casks, but don't remember if they showed the bottling process.

here's a vid from El Agave. I don't know for sure, but I believe that they would blend the barrels in a large stailess steel tank that connects to the bottling machine.

That would make sense to me as well. The barrel contents would have to be filtered before bottling. Also, by combining all of the barrels from a common 'batch' would be very cost effective and would ensure consistency.

Single barrel batches, would likely be treated the same way but on a smaller scale.
