I have some bad news about the new Sauza Hornitos, they went back and made adjustments to the experimental bottle I tried originally. I have no idea why, because they had a really good product. I had both the silver and anejo again yesterday in the new bottles and was dissapionted from the start. First, the bottles look no where close to as good as in the pics I previously discussed (it reminds me of the Cabo Uno all over again, but I will not get into that now). Then I tried the Plata, which is good but does have the typical Sauza taste to it. I still think it is better than what they currently have out there. Next I had the anejo which I was looking forward to after the last time I tried it. The first thing that threw me off was a coffee aroma to it. Then, when I tasted it, there was a lot of coffee flavor to the tequila and not as much caramel as before. While they are both still good products, they are just not as good as the priliminary tequila. I still recommend people try them tho.

I received the photos and descriptions from Beam Global on the new line of Hornitos and have added them to the reviews section. I've yet to see them available here in Colorado, but I'm looking forward to trying the Plata and Anejo.

The new products are on the shelves of Bevmo if anyone wants to purchase them.
