Default Consistency...

First of all, let me say...

How's it been y'all?

Now, on to my point.

Haven't been dipping into the juice nearly as often as most of my drinkin' buddies have grown up and moved away but the last couple of months, I was able to grab a favorite stand-by in Tres Mujeres reposado in the oh so tacky ass anfora bottle. I am going to have to say that in the last several years of enjoying the company of the three ladies, they have been consistently delicious and unlike a lot of brands lately the taste and feel of the juice has remained the same since the very first sip.

Your favorites manage to be exactly what you expect them to be every time?

¡Salud!

I totally agree with you on the Tres Mujeres. I first tried it years ago in Mexico and it's always been good tasting tequila.

Some manage to hang in there... others fail to the pressures of the corporate bottom line. We opened a bottle of Chinaco Reposado the other night with some tequila savvy friends. We all agreed that the once-great label is now nothing more than "ordinary."
I might have been imagining it, but it seemed that the tequila even lacked the brightness it once had... just looking at it in the bottle. Sigh.
Still got a couple of bottles of 1921 Reposado NOM 1079 stashed away, but I'm not likely buying any more of that either.

Thumbs up taste of tre mujeres anejo

my first bottlethat stared my collection was tres mujeres extra anejo.
it was recommended by a tequila guru. I was surrounded by friends & family
when I cracked opened that lady, let me tell you, that was a fine smooth ahh, everything was perfect that bottle broke me in. & showed me what good
quality tequila should taste like. and I have heard people complain about the "repo ladies" that it no where as ghood as the extra anejo.
what can I say they where fine fine ladies to me.
