Default Oxidation - preserving quality

Hi,

I have a concern you might help me with. I'm starting to explore good tequilas, but I don't drink very much or very fast. A bottle can last me for months or years. I'm aware of but not very knowledgeable about oxidation. Is there a way I can preserve the quality of an opened bottle? refrigeration? Vacuum lock?
