Default Random list pick

Hey guys, i hope you all had a great Christmas and kept the tequila flowing!
I got to start the new year in a funny way. I picked 3 random tequilas to order from a quite wide selection, sort of a gamble. Now to find out if i picked any good ones. "Chinaco blanco" "tezon blanco" "revolucion reposado"
1 of these I've been recommended to try out earlier but the 2 last ones are quite new to me. On a separate occasion I also managed to grab a bottle of the quite rare "Los tres toņos single barrel cask strength aņejo". Now...do any one have experience of these tequilas?

Those are all nice quality tequilas that you have selected. The Chinaco has always been a super solid blanco. Obviously the older Denton teardrops are the most prized, however even the newer juice is still very nice. IMO, the sleeper here is the Tezon Blanco. I have always been very fond of this juice because of the fruit, spice and full agave flavor. This is one blanco that I enjoy swirling around in a nice large snifter so as to capture all of its complexities....before it touches any wood! The only drawback on this blanco is how varied the price can be. I have seen it as low as the +$30 range and as high as +$60 range! I believe the bottle presentation may have a factor in the pricing. It truely is a handsome looking bottle! I haven't had the opportunity to sample any Revolucion as of yet. Enjoy your tastings and let us know what you think!

Ok today the rest arrived. My favorite of these 3 (Tezon blanco, Chinaco blanco and Revolucion reposado) is no doubt the revolucion. I found blancos a bit too weak in flavor for my taste, maybe because I'm used to the more pungent aha toro blanco which remains my favorite blanco (sorry all Chinaco fans ).

Revolucion repo was very pleasant with deep notes of dried herbs accompanied by floral spice, i really recommend it and I'm looking forward to trying the rest of the revolucion line
