Default For $60.00 or less--

At a price point of $60.00 or less, for any bottle of Tequila, what are you purchasing in the 100% blue agave line?

What are you purchasing in the 'Mixto' category?

There's an awful lot of choices when you have a $60 price ceiling, but there won't be any mixtos among them. Leave that stuff for youngsters who are drinking for effect.

At $60 or less price point you can purchase literally 90% of the tequila available on the market today including some of the less expensive extra anejos. I buy zero mixtos.

I'm not sure if I understand the point of the question. The forum has a lot of resources that you can use to see what the most popular and most reviewed brands are. Most of them are priced at or below the $60 point.

I agree completely, and price isn't the point about mixtos. With the intent of sipping a tequila, I don't think I would buy a mixto at really any price.

Michael B, instead of purchasing a mixto, check out Espolon or El Ultimo Agave brands. Both are fine for mixing/sipping and are priced right.

And sometimes, believe it or not, they are even cheaper than freakin JC Gold! Go figure?

Friends don't let friends drink, sip, slam or shoot any mixto. Heck, I don't wish mixtos upon my worst enemies .

Default All I am asking is this

If you had $60.00 in your wallet and went into a liquor store, and Tequila was on your mind and it would be the last bottle you could ever drink from, what are you going to purchase?

There is no point to this question and I am not trying to come back on anyone and make any point.

I am new to this world of Tequila and I am simply curious what the posters would purchase for $60.00 or less............I suppose it could be your favorite, but then again, that would only be me, were it my last bottle.

Thanks for coming on and clarifying what you were asking.

For $60 I might buy Partida Anejo, or Oro Azul Anejo or Aha Toro. For less than $60 maybe Pueblo Viejo Orgullo or a 2 year Casa Noble Anejo. I also might buy 3 bottles of Espolon Reposado or Blanco since they are the same price in WA state and then drink 1, knowing I had 2 more to go.
