Default Changes with Tequila 1921??

Hope this isn't old news but, has anyone else notice that 1921 is now being produced in Arandas?... not a big change from Jesus Maria, but a change none-the-less.
The previous distillery was 1079, Agabe Productores y Comercializadores. According to the CRT's database, they are now producing in Destileria Morales, S.A. de C.V. in Arandas under NOM 1535. My bottles have the old NOM 1079.
1921 has been a consistent and carefully produced tequila - I'll be keeping one or two aside to see if the product changes at all.

The reserva reposado is now an Anejo. I have had the new Anejo from 1535, it came out late 09. I haven't had the new blanco or reposado yet.

I tasted the reserva reposado (one of my favs) against the new anejo, they are quite different. The new anejo has grown on me a bit more as I sample it alone...

I'm also holding on to some old 1921 product just in case.

In the meantime, a comparison may be to try Real de Mexico.

I heard this and am disappointed to hear this 1921 is a Fav, as many 1079 products are.

There is no why it can taste the exact same going to a new distillery, lets just hope it fits my tastes at the new place but I won't expect the same product.

The bottle I opened a couple of weeks ago is NOM1079

Maybe I shouldn't go through this as quickly...

picked up a 1921 in Mexico last week, opened it and thought what's wrong with
this. Checked and it was the new nom 1535 ( I'll just say it's not the same)
