3 Amigos Organic Tequila Blanco

This is essentially what 3 Amigos Tequila has been bottling all along, but here is a look at their new organic blanco bottle (minus a few sticker labels). A raised, gold metallic 3 amigos logo, and enhanced bottle bottom (redesigned due to some breakage in shipping).

They will not be labeling their Reposado or Anejo as organic for now, as they can't certify that the Whiskey barrels being used are considered "organic", so 3 Amigos feels it is better to hold off for now. The juice going into the barrel is obviously the organic product.

They also just signed on with Hensley - Budweiser for distribution in AZ, which means a much wider distribution area and better focus on their brand. The organic certification and new bottle hasn't added any increase in price either, you can still get the blanco for low $20's.

I am yet to try 3 amigos but I like the makeover they have done and the steps they have done to be certified as organic. Signing on with Hensley-Budweiser is a good marketing step...are they only Arizona distributors? If not, maybe they will finally bring it to my neck of the woods.
