Default New Casa Noble 2yr. anejo

Has anyone tried the new CNA 2yr.? How does it compare to the 5yr?
I'm a huge fan of the repo and blanco but never really liked the 5yr after first glass, too dry and woody.

I'm in agreement with you about the 5yr. I always thought they overdid both the repo and anejo. I haven't seen the 2yr yet, but I will definitely try it out.

I LOVE the new CNA! Full agave flavor and an excellent nose. And I also love the price on it, typically under $50!

The new Cn REPO is my fave. It seems to have the exact right flavor balance of all of the new CN products.

I AM dying to taste the new SB repos and Anejos, though..

I like the repo, too, and if you didn't know it was a repo you'd swear it was an anejo. And the new anejo tastes more like an XA, to me.

When referring to the "New" Casa Noble line....

Is this the glass bottles that have the 2 yr anejo? I would love to try that but have not seen any of these locally. All we have in Waco is the same ceramic that has been in usual production.

I have my area retail stores searching for the new 2yr. CN anejo but so far no word. Looking at CN's website, it appears to be a "purple colored" bottle. Anyway I am really looking forward to sampling some.

I haven't ordered any yet because most web sites are still showing the older bottles in the pictures and am not sure if they have, or would send me the new ones yet. I guess I could ask and request but still, I could get an old one of which I still have several. Looking forward to trying them though.

I picked up a bottle of the two year anejo at Beverage Warehouse last night - I will probably get a chance to sample it this weekend.

HI, It should be $20 less then the old bottles. Suggested retail is $59.99 and many are selling it in the $53- $56 range. If they are selling the old stuff at that price that would be a nice deal if you like it.
I finally got a bottle ($53.99) and will be opening this weekend. I look forward to everyone's notes!
