Thats really interesting to hear it was aged 12 years in glass? Does that just put the product on hold for a decade before they figure out what to age it in? Or have you just owned it for 12 years in the bottle?

It was bottled back in the mid 90's, something that Ron Cooper held on to. So they took that and then aged it in a barrel. We had it in the AGAVE Spirits Competition, it is very good. But as Malo said, limited and costing over $300 per bottle from a liquor store in NYC.
