Nose is a sensory blast of earthy green agave, light vanilla, and sharp citrusy notes. Mouthfeel is big and full, both creamy and oily - incredibly pleasing. Taste is a giant bold wallop of agave, citrus, some vanilla, some woody sourness - again, very big and full. Finish is a 102-proof attack of heat and pepper, setting a wonderful fire on the tongue, leaving rich notes of agave, citrus, and some burnt sugariness way in the back that seems to last forever. Not for the faint of heart, this tequila has all the classic Casa Noble profile hallmarks, but turned up to 11. If you love the repo, you'll go nuts for the Joven. An absolute stunner. Can this be their finest achievement?
