Appearance: clear - pale gold with yellow highlights - medium body and tears
Aroma: rested nose with sweet agave, mild oak and vanilla
Initial Taste: sweet agave and citrus
Spirit Body: medium alcohol, pepper, agave, and fruit
Finish / Aftertaste: mint with a hint of oak and pepper and warm mouthfeel
