Tequila Casa Noble Reposado

Aged one year in French White Oak

Our most refined tequila. Smooth, sensuous and full bodied, this tequila rivals the best spirits in the world. Casa Noble Reposado, aged for one year in French White Oak barrels, comes in a decanter as exceptional as the tequila it contains: cobalt blue porcelain, handmade by local artists. The look of this decanter will enhance any private collection or bar counter.

Casa Noble Reposado is a light golden brown, full bodied Agave spirit. The aroma contains a wonderful mix of spicy and sweet agave, with hints of vanilla and wood. The taste begins with buttered oak, sweetening on the tongue and filling with cooked agave flavor. It had a medium and balanced finish full of spice, citrus, and vanilla.

Casa Noble Reposado is aged for the maximum number of days allowed while still being able to label the spirit as a reposado: 364 days. As such, I find Casa Noble Reposado drinks more like an anejo. The nose is wonderful. Cooked agave, cinnamon, vanilla, and floral notes are all present. It's light and sweet in the mouth on initial taste, but I find the nose much more powerful than the flavor. Its medium body finishes smooth after resting with more agave and spicy vanilla on the back end. This is a hybrid tequila that falls between a reposado and anejo. More woody than most reposados but retains more agave flavor than a lot of anejos. All in all, Casa Noble Reposado is worth trying, especially for anejo drinkers.

Casa Noble Reposado, was a privelege to taste, i was honored enough to sample this tequila with "Pepe" of Tequila Casa Noble about a month ago, this was certainly a treat, although i have an unopened bottle of all three of their products it was nice to get more information as to how thier product differs from the rest of the field, and this products is one of those products that just leaves a great impression on you, Casa Noble Repo. is an awesome tequila, with excellent aroma of filled with an earthiness, light citrus, and vanilla that just make it so welcoming, along with a rich light golden color, and full body which make this tequila a rarity among the tequila elites, it's smooth finish, and long lasting numbing taste make this tequila a fun tequila to sip, and enjoy. A++

I walked into a small market in a small town in California...it looked like Latinos or Mexicans owned this little shop. I was just going in for a taco, when I rounded one of the aisles and found it filled, top to bottom with Tequila!!
They had everything there ranging in prices all the way up to $300. The old guy there behind the counter recommended Casa Noble Reposado. It was $38.
This Tequila is a joy to experience. Everything from the nose, to the mouthfeel, flavor, and finish...Highly Recommended.
Let it breathe a while.
I also love the Anejo, which is VERY rich and delightful.

Casa Noble Reposado NOM 1137 Tasted 1/13/07. The tequila is a pale yellow color and has an intense floral, earth, fruit, and vanilla aromas. Once you get past the intensity of the nose, you can smell mild notes of spice, caramel, and smoke. On the tip of the tongue the tequila is mellow and soft and feels thin and oily in the mouth. While the tequila has a hint bitterness, it is actually fairly sweet and syrupy. Now onto flavor. The flavor has intense fruit. The intense flavors are followed by moderate agave, floral, and vanilla with mild earth and spice. The tequilas finish is a medium duration of flavor followed by a slight tingly alcohol feeling. Overall, I rated this tequila at the B level.

Casa Noble is the ideal Reposado. Whenever I try new Repos I always end up comparing them to Casa Noble. I also think that the Reposado is the best tequila in the Casa Noble lineup.

For a true agave flavor that is not masked by excess aging, this repo is medium bodied with a balanced finish. Unmistakable floral and herb notes throughout with a tinge of vanilla spice on the finish.

I even use the color, a light hay/straw, as a benchmark for repo comparisons.

I put this tequila easily in the top 5 reposados made.
