Tequila Review Brand:
El Agave Artesanal
NOM: 1420 Distillery: Industrializadora de Agave San Isidro, SA de CV Web Site: http://www.elagaveartesanal.com El Agave Artesanal Blanco TequilaTequila El Agave Artesanal Blanco is made from 100% blue agave harvested from the highlands of Jalisco. El Agave Artesanal has created a new concept in tequila: its flavor is a balance of the perfect mixture of the agave plant and its maturing. The heart of the blue agave is roasted in clay ovens made from the same volcanic rich soil where the blue agave flourishes in Jalisco. Our triple distillation process produces tequila of extraordinary depth and character. Clear and transparent, El Agave Blanco is triple-distilled for unparalleled smoothness. There are many kinds & types of Tequila, but only one is authentically from El Agave. User reviews

May 22, 2008 Written by Piņa - View all my reviews - Top 10 Reviewer Aroma: Very clear vanilla and citrus aroma. Initial Taste: It has an oily mouth feel to it, with a creamy vanilla taste when put on tip of my tongue. Body: Very intense agave followed by notes of pepper and spice. FInish: A creamy finish of short to medium duration. No bitterness. I give this blanco a solid B+. And for the price, you cant go wrong.
