Tequila Don Nacho Blanco

Tequila Don Nacho Blanco is 100% Puro de Agave, and produced at Fabrica de Tequila Don Nacho.

Tequila Don Nacho emerges from the red earth that sheltered it and its honey flavor for so many years. Embedded in 60,000 square meters in the immense Jalisco plateau, it is located in Arandas. Ignacio Hernandez Gutierrez, known as Don Nacho, heads the family owned company. A man of vast knowledge with over 20 years experience growing agave and whose fields are known throughout the region for their quality and maturity.

Tasted on 6/29/08 out of snifter. Don Nacho blanco is a very decent blanco that comes nicely packaged. At $28 dollar, a very good value. This is another one I would recommend for new blanco drinkers, as it does lean on the less aggressive side of blancos.

Aroma: A very light aroma of faint agave and spices.
Initial taste: A thin mouth feel of peppery spices.
Body: A light to medium presence of agave and pear.
Finish: Of short duration, with no alcohol burn.
