Aha Yeto Tequila Blanco

Aha Yeto Tequila Blanco - 100% Agave, bottled directly after distillation. This tequila is made in a small distillery in Jesus Maria, a rural area in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. It is made from estate grown, mature agave plants, and developed by experienced distillers to capture the highest quality alcohols and agave characteristics. Meant for sipping straight as it is smooth with quite a unique flavor.

Tasted on 9/19/08 out of a snifter. What a great blanco. I was very impressed and would never use this as a mixer.

Aroma: A creamy vanilla and earthy nose.
Initial Taste: A 'creamy' mouth feel. Nice and sweet but not too sweet.
Body: A nice agave body with hints of fruit and earth. Nice and sweet.
Finish: A nice non heated medium finish with no burn. Almost perfect!
