Lola

Lola has become one of Denver's most acclaimed dining destinations, serving cuisine inspired by Mexico's coastal regions. 5280 magazine's Chef of the Year, Jamey Fader mixes up Denver's best ceviche as well as seasonal favorites such as Creamy Grilled Corn Soup or Five Chile Rubbed Flatiron with sweet potato chorizo hash, fried chile rings, and chipotle-chocolate gravy. With over 100 selections of tequila Lola's sleek and sexy space is conducive to an evening of serious tequila study.

Lola provides an upscale twist to Mexican cuisine, keeping things fresh by changing the menu every few months, and offering a decent selection of Agave spirits and cocktails.

The new location for Lola has created a wonderful outdoor patio with walk-up bar access, and an excellent view of downtown Denver. And if you want to hide from the masses, checkout the "beLola" bar area downstairs.

The new location is nice but still working out the service bugs and waitstaff knowledge.
