Food is Art, Tequila is Life" is Blue Mesa's motto. Blue Mesa Grill is an American grill that offers adventurous diners the bold and colorful taste of the southwest. Although the American Southwest includes Mexican flavorings and approaches to food, our concept differs from Mexican Food. We put emphasis on grilling and sauteing our food - using fresh southwestern ingredients - six different chiles, cilantro, basil,rosemary, garlic, etc. We make the food fresh from scratch each day -having over 150 signature recipe's you won't find anywhere else!!!

"Tequila Is Life" captures the energy and fun created by our Tequila Bars - which has been ranked as one of the Top Tequila Bars in the US by Time Magaizine, D Magazine,etc. The Tequila Bar is Blue Mesa's distinctive approach to its Beverage business with over 80 Premium Tequila's being offered.

The success of our Beverage program is based on the recognition that customers are learning to appreciate the subtle differences between fine Tequila's as they have with scotches and vodka's. Every month we feature a different Tequila and Distillery as well as a featured drink.Every Second Tuesday we invite guests to sample the feature Tequila family of the month and enjoy our matching appetizers.
