Brown-Forman tequila deal to close next month
Brown-Forman Corp. has announced that its purchase of tequila producer Grupo Industrial Herradura will close Jan. 11 rather than at the end of this month, as was expected.
The closing date has been delayed because of a high quantity of work and the seasonal holidays, the Louisville-based beverage company said in a news release.
