Agave - Tequila Y Comida is modern yet rustic Tequila Bar with a Mayan theme in the style of Barragan, the immortal Mexican Architect from the early 20th century. The ambience compliments and reflects the authenticity of our Mexican cuisine and Tequila.
They carry a fantastic selection of Tequila numbering in excess 150 individual brands. This is the largest selection of 100% Agave Tequila outside Mexico and the USA, making Agave the top Tequila bar in Asia.
The restaurant is located on a pedestrian street, which is wonderful to people watch from. The retaurant is nicely decorated in a Mexican theme, but not over done. You can sit at the bar and admire over 100 tequilas. The bartender and owner are from Mexico and are very friendly, plus they know their Tequila and Mexican food. I ate some of the best tacos I have ever had and tried three tequilas that I had never tasted before. I highly recommend this restaurant to any traveler or local for that matter. Agave has a great atmosphere, great food and an excellent selection of Tequila.
