Simply put...this restaurant is OUTSTANDING, I have been here many times over the past several years and have never been disappointed. Chef/owner Mike has this fine establishment operating on all cylinders! The tequila selection is second to none in the state, and the food is consistently great! In my opinion, it is this same consistency and quality that make The Copper Canyon successful. You can bet that each and every time you will be attended to by an experienced and knowledgeable server. You will recieve a fresh hand made 100% de agave margarita, as well as top notch cuisine. The pasilla crusted NY sirloin is amazing and the panko crusted lump crab cake is still...to this day...the very best I have ever tasted...HANDS DOWN!
