Order Acceptance Policy

Returns and Exchanges
TEQUILA.net will replace any damaged oro defective merchandise as notified by (you) the customer within five days of delivery date receipt. Any merchandise damaged during shipping will be replaced and/or credited by the Shipping Company involved. Returns must be accompanied by a RMA number, given by TEQUILA.net as acceptance. Credits issued for products returned to TEQUILA.net for reasons other than defects or damage will be minus shipping charges and a 10% re-stocking fee.
