I got in seven bottles of this in for my bar in the restaurant. It is worth the dollars you pay for it.

The nose is a blend of sweet cooked agave, stewed fruit and the tell tale funk of Oaxaca wood. Being a crema you expect it to be either overall sweet or flat and tasteless. This is neither. The initial taste is a mix of gentle agave syrup and smoke as it rolls down your tongue, chocolates, coffee and caramel just hit you. The smoke is there till the end giving this mezcal a overall roundness. The finish is clean with hints of smoke and agave lingering.
