Not much of a nose, i smell to figure out what is ahead. If I knew I would not have drank it. This is the worst $ I have spent on tequila, dare I say worse than Patro$#@! agh. Maybe I,m a bit of a snob, with over 20 quality anejos at my disposal my taste buds went on strike here. Im not gona get it to it here. Its not that cheap and has no saving grace. Avoid this agave.

Somewhat heavy in the mouth, its sweet opening fails to lead to much. There is little agave presence to distinguish this product from other aged spirits. It fades away slowly, but without much fanfare and no memorable notes, other than its pervasive woodiness and a lingering alcohol burn. Price is modest - but you get what you pay for. I will not be buying this anejo again.

I am a fan of the reposado Cazadores but not so much with this anejo.

Cazadores tequilas are a great value, I think you get a great tequila for the money

Nice scent, not extraordinary, but nice - some floral, pepper, and very slight vanilla presence.

I loved the initial taste - very sweet, almost buttery, which was evident to me in the body as well. The body was more oily than I expected, not too much, but definitely there. The finish was a little warm and oily, and flavors were slightly peppery, oak, with a little more subtle agave presence than I would hope for, but delicious still.

This is a great value anejo, and I'd recommend it, but not my favorite. In the price range I think Don Julio's anejo has it beat hands down.

Purchased bottle for $38 bux. This line is unique in that I like the blanco the least, and their anejo the most. This is a very good anejo, and for the price I'd say Ill definitely put this anejo is one of my more liked anejos. Also, for some reason, the presentation on their anjeo is alot more appealing than the rest of the line. Very nice cork stopper. Good job, Cazadores!

Aroma:A strong presence of fruit and floral, with a lighter presence of vanilla.
Initial Taste: A semi oily mouth feel with a very nice entry, its sweet with no bitterness and the first taste being of fruit.
Body: A somewhat mild body ( in the agave regard), with hints of wood and smoke.
Finish: A semi heated and sweet finish of long duration with a woody/fruity lingering.

It is very smooth and flavorful, with a great smoky taste and nice spicy agave flavor.
It is light and clean on the tongue, really enjoyed it as a sipper.

Great flavor balance between wood and agave!

A sweet vanilla nose, followed by a good agave taste, the finish is a little strong but that's what I like in a good anejo. I can get this at a great price of $47 a liter, if you can get it for this or cheaper, you won't be disappointed. I'll be keeping this in stock at my bar. :)

This tequila is golden brown in color and has a intense aromas of floral and earth. There are also moderate aromas of fruit, vanilla, and caramel followed by mild spice and smoke. A mellow taste on the tip of the tongue leads to a sweet and low bitter tequila taste. The Cazadores Anejo flavor contains intense flavors of floral and earth followed by moderate agave, fruit, and spice accents. Mild notes of vanilla, caramel, and smoke also accompany this tequila. Cazadores Anejo finishes with a medium-to-long duration of flavor and a numbing alcohol feeling. This tequila has been awarded the overall rating of an A-.
