Aroma: Agave, Vanilla, Earth and Oak.
Initial Taste: Not as sweet as I'd expect, but a pleasant sweet oak entry with hints of vanilla.
Body: Medium body. Nice wood and spice notes combine with the agave and vanilla sweetness.
Finish: A medium length smoky/peppery finish with an oak linger. It keeps the points of the agave and the aging. A nice balance.

I think that I like the anejo best from this group, but this is a solid tequila. The bottles and stoppers look great. Since it can be easily found, I'd happily recommend this to someone to try as a good example of a balanced reposado.

I think the Casa Noble edges the Chinaco out due to it's nice Vanilla, Caramel and Oak flavors.
Very smooth with very little heat on the finish, and presented in a great package.

The nose is a mixture of agave, vanilla, wood and burn. There is a slight hint of cream hiding under the alcohol burn. The initial taste is sweet and light with a body that is not to thick or thin. I swirled it around the glass and noticed the legs did not hang on like it's big brother Añejo. It also is of a lighter hue, then the Casa Noble Añejo, but that is to be expected.
It's body feels good in the mouth and has a pleasant mixture of earth, vanilla and agave. It is, for sure, a sweet Reposado with bits of wood and cream orbiting the main stage that is characterized by the agave.
I think for the price point, I am on the fence. Yes, this is a great tequila, but for $10.00 more, the Añejo, is much smoother and full of dynamic flavor. This might be a great bottle to have on hand for that evening when friends are over and you want to save your Bottle Casa Noble Añejo for your self :)
The presentation is nice and embodies the spirit of the Casa Noble brand.
Over all, this a nice Reposado, with complex yet distinguished flavors. The nice thing about Casa Noble is that you can tell by the flavors that it is from the same soil and distillery. The family of Casa Noble make epic tequilas that are not to be missed by any ardent fan of this sublime spirit.

The nose is mostly that of cooked agave with nuances of caramel and a light smokiness. The first sip reveals an up front agave flavor profile, with a touch of vanilla and a light dose of smoke. This is nicely balanced with very little alcohol burn. A few more sips bring out lot's of agave flavor with hints of cinnamon and vanilla. The mouth feel is creamy and silky at the same time. I was looking for some hints of caramel but none came forward for me during this tasting. The finish was fairly long, mostly agave, with a hint of spice and a whiff of smokiness. This is a very drinkable reposado!

I bought it for around 50 bucks, which is a little more than I would like to spend, but believe me, it is worth every penny. Hands down, probably one of the best tequilas I've ever had. Even some of my friends, who have never drank tequila that wasn't chilled or served with lime and salt, agree. They now ask for it by name, "Casa Noble".

There is a slight hint of caramel. Goes down smooth. No funny aftertaste. The ceramic bottles, which have now been discontinued, are beautiful.

Casa Noble has done a wonderful job of providing that balance. I had a sample of this in one of my favorite tequila bars in Chicago at a price that was very reasonable.

The body of this tequila was amazing as it slid down the sides of the snifter as I swirled it in the glass. The flavor was sweet, smoky and smooth. A pleasure to drink.

Casa Noble was very hard to get in this Washington, DC market until recently, but seems much more readily available now at a generally much lower price than when it was truly scare, or even what it used to be nationally on various web sites. I am paying $38 for the CNR at the Montgomery County, MD liquor store. (The county operates all liquor stores in the county.) I had been very anxious to try this tequila for years based upon what I had read on-line. I have been drinking it frequently in every possible manner lately. I do not think it disappoints in any way and is clearly among my top three or so reposados. I really do not see how it could be any smoother. Seems very well-balanced to me, with the full and complex complements of tequila and especially "pure" agave flavors. To me, good citrus (I would say orange and lemon), earth, vanilla (light vanilla, the way I like vanilla tones) and other spices in the nose, taste, and finish, with that singular agave sweetness in there, too. I am not usually big on anejos, and the wood here is just about perfect for my tastes. It adds nuance and complexity (a little leather, a little cedar maybe, a tiny bit of tobacco?), but in no way overwhelms or distorts. (Tequila should not be whiskey.) I agree with other re nice body and excellent, long finish. In my experience, finish separates the great from the merely wonderful. If there was anything more or different I might like in this tequila it might be more intensity, maybe even a little "burn" in there somewhere, which might add a note of complexity without throwing it all off. Something like some of the best bourbons have even when they are not over-proof. Patron to me, for instance, is just too darn "smooth" and light. CNR does not err nearly to that extent re smoothness. I wonder, for instance, what this would be like double rather than triple distilled. Casa Noble seems to use really high quality agave. I wonder what it would be like if they used an even more stringent selection criteria for the agave quality. I would not want more wood or age. Just more agave intensity. It would be more expensive, naturally, but it would be amazing. To me this reposado is truly a real McCoy. Whether it is someone in particular's favorite reposado or not, I think Casa Noble is structuring a really wonderful tequila within the bounds of what truly remarkable tequila is supposed to be.

Especially after reading great reviews on the reposado.

My initial review of this tequila was a bit harsh because I decided to make it directly after drinking it side by side with the Casa Noble anejo and Los 3Garcias reposado. There is no doubt that the initial taste was certainly among the best reposado tequilas I have had, it had a "back of the tongue hit" I would not expect from a slightly mid/higher end reposado. However, this is a mild deterant and not something you notice continuously.

While the Casa Noble anejo is definitely worth the cost, and while the reposado certainly had no shortage of outstanding flavor, it's finish can easily be matched with a smaller price tag tequila.

I have no regrets buying this tequila, but it is one I plan on keeping on the shelf for sampling purpose rather than buying bottle after bottle.

The white oak is notes are among the best I've tasted in any tequila, but never in combination with such amazing agave notes! There is a good dose of toasted sugar feel and very robust just-cooked agave pencas. Yet, this reposado presents a very pure and straightforwards tequila character. No wonder this tequil has made SO MANY friends already. Simply put: top 5 in my all-time list. Maybe is just the way it goes down so easy. Maybe is just the way it trickles down the sides of the glass. From start to finish, CNR is one reposado you must try before deciding your top reposado on the list.

As such, I find Casa Noble Reposado drinks more like an anejo. The nose is wonderful. Cooked agave, cinnamon, vanilla, and floral notes are all present. It's light and sweet in the mouth on initial taste, but I find the nose much more powerful than the flavor. Its medium body finishes smooth after resting with more agave and spicy vanilla on the back end. This is a hybrid tequila that falls between a reposado and anejo. More woody than most reposados but retains more agave flavor than a lot of anejos. All in all, Casa Noble Reposado is worth trying, especially for anejo drinkers.

They had everything there ranging in prices all the way up to $300. The old guy there behind the counter recommended Casa Noble Reposado. It was $38.
This Tequila is a joy to experience. Everything from the nose, to the mouthfeel, flavor, and finish...Highly Recommended.
Let it breathe a while.
I also love the Anejo, which is VERY rich and delightful.

The tequila is a pale yellow color and has an intense floral, earth, fruit, and vanilla aromas. Once you get past the intensity of the nose, you can smell mild notes of spice, caramel, and smoke. On the tip of the tongue the tequila is mellow and soft and feels thin and oily in the mouth. While the tequila has a hint bitterness, it is actually fairly sweet and syrupy. Now onto flavor. The flavor has intense fruit. The intense flavors are followed by moderate agave, floral, and vanilla with mild earth and spice. The tequilas finish is a medium duration of flavor followed by a slight tingly alcohol feeling. Overall, I rated this tequila at the B level.

Whenever I try new Repos I always end up comparing them to Casa Noble. I also think that the Reposado is the best tequila in the Casa Noble lineup.

For a true agave flavor that is not masked by excess aging, this repo is medium bodied with a balanced finish. Unmistakable floral and herb notes throughout with a tinge of vanilla spice on the finish.

I even use the color, a light hay/straw, as a benchmark for repo comparisons.

I put this tequila easily in the top 5 reposados made.

Fine lineup of tequilas. This reposado was spicy with a mild wood flavor. Peppery and rested, minty ending.

I've tried all of the tequilas on the market and I keep returning to Casa Noble. Occasionally if I see a bottle of new tequila I've never tried, I will purchase it just for the fun of something new, but I have Casa Noble always in the center of my bar. While the amazing flavor of tequila is the combination of many different aromas, and distinct flavors of agave, Casa Noble Reposado has found a unique combination of strong agave, citrus, fresh herbs and cherry that surround the taste buds and palate. Because it?s aged in white oak you also get a combination of vanilla, caramel and coffee bean which rounds up the taste. Casa Noble Reposado like in general with premium spirits it is very complex and in order to fully appreciate you need culture your palate. From my experience, I have found that no matter the drink the flavors come alive when the liquid is held in the mouth for a few seconds and you slowly breath through your mouth and exhale through the nose, as with wine. This allows the tequila to flow and fill the mouth and the nasal passages. High-end tequilas are best served room temperature in a Riedel tequila glass, which complements it nicely. If you are serving a margarita, chill the glasses before hand by filling them with ice water while you are preparing it. Please note that if you are going to make a mixed drink with Casa Noble, use only the best quality and put less mix in than the drink calls for and use only fresh limes. Nothing ruins a fine spirit that overpowering it with too much cheap mix, treat it with the respect it deserves. You can also make very nice tasting martinis with tequila, some people call them tequinis or tequilinis. Do it just as you would a normal martini just substitute the gin or vodka with tequila. Tequila can be served before, during or after the meal. Although I would suggest Casa Noble Reposado for during the meal, it is a great complement to a wide variety of foods. Casa Noble Silver (Crystal) before the meal and Casa Noble Anejo after the meal.
