What a great blanco. I was very impressed and would never use this as a mixer. Aroma: A creamy vanilla and earthy nose. Initial Taste: A 'creamy' mouth feel. Nice and sweet but not too sweet. Body: A nice agave body with hints of fruit and earth. Nice and sweet. Finish: A nice non heated medium finish with no burn. Almost perfect!
