One year old mezcal aged in new French white-oak barrels from the Nevier forest.
COLOR: clean, brilliant, straw-yellow.
NOSE: elegant and subtle aroma, with hints of smoke, clay, mature fruit, caramel and honey.
FLAVORS: aromas are confirmed in the mouth, (sweet) good alcohol balance, subtle, smooth but well-rounded, elegant and robust.

Taste is slightly sweet mild agave and wood. Finishes warm and tingly in a nice way. Tiny bit of bitterness on the finish.

All in all a top notch Mezcal. When its gone I'll be looking for another....

One of the best Agave Products out in the current market. Great complexity and finish. The caramelized sugar taste is like no other. Great balance between aging and alcohol. Truly a gem.

One very smooooooth Mezcal!
A deep amber reposado, with a rested and balanced nose. A sweet smell, with hints of smoke and wood. Initial taste vanilla and cinnamon, body full of spice, smoke, and fruit. Slight warmth on a long smokey aftertaste.
