Master Distiller Germán González G. has forged his new Ultra-Premium, 100% Agave Tequila, named t1 – Tequila Uno, as a continuation of his pride and family tradition in decades of Tequila production. Already available in Mexico, the first two products from t1 – Tequila Uno will reach the US market and begin distribution in Texas and California late September, 2009. Each product is bottled in two presentations, a limited edition / luxurious “Agave Tear”  crystal decanter and top, and a less expensive glass bottle of similar design.

t1 – Tequila Uno is an authentic, all-natural, estate-grown premium Tequila, made from 100% Blue Agave in Tequila, Jalisco, the heart of Mexico’s Tequila region.  Throughout the entire production process, t1 – Tequila Uno maintains exceptional standards of quality and consistency, promising one of the finest spirits in the world. German’s experience and precision of each step throughout the production process is how he has perfected t1 – Tequila Uno.

t1 Tequila Blanco Extra Pure – 100% Agave - Crystal clear with unique aromas of pear, quince, dill and lime, followed by smooth, fresh Agave flavors. This Blanco Tequila is wonderful served neat, on the rocks, with a twist of lime, or as a compliment to your favorite mixed cocktails.

t1 Tequila Reposado Exceptional – 100% Agave, rested 6 months in used American oak barrels – Light golden, with unique aromas of spiced citrus, apple and peach, followed by spiced Agave
flavors. This Reposado is the perfect blend of Agave and wood, and is best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in premium cocktails.

Additional t1 products will include an Anejo, Extra Anejo, and a Single Barrel Extra Anejo.

Germán González is the great grandson of General Manuel González, former President of Mexico between 1880 – 1884. Guillermo González Diaz-Lombardo, was founder of Tequilera la Gonzaleña. Germán began working in the Tequilera la Gonzaleña distillery at a very early age, taking full responsibility upon the death of his father.
